News about Alkacon and OpenCms

The full conference program of OpenCms Days 2008 is now online. Because of the great interest and the may good session submissions we have received, we decided to enlarge the program to 18 full sessions. Hurry up and register your ticket now - only a limited number of seats are still available!

Titled "OpenCms 7 Development", a new book about OpenCms 7 is to be available in stores in May. The book has been written by Dan Liliedahl and will be published by Packt Publishing. The book is targeted at developers.

The public OpenCms training courses of Alkacon allow the cost effective training of one or two developers. For the time being, these will be held in a conference center in Cologne, Germany at a schedule to be announced on the Alkacon website.

OpenCms Days 2008 takes place from Monday, May 5 to Tuesday, May 6 2008 in Cologne, Germany at the "Sport and Olympia Museum". For the first time, OpenCms users and developers gather for a 2 day conference and expo.

The official OpenCms website opencms.org is now also available in German.

Alkacon Software will present OpenCms 7 from March 4 to March 9, 2008 on CeBIT, the world's largest IT expo. In a special presentation area in Hall 5, stand F59/3 Alkacon will demonstrate the functionality of OpenCms 7 to interested expo visitors. ...
